Plagiarism Policy

ICC3NS 2026 maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards plagiarism. All submissions are screened using advanced plagiarism detection software.

Plagiarism Thresholds

15% - Acceptable
0% - Original 10% - Minor Similarity 20% - Maximum Limit 30% - Reject

Papers with similarity index above 20% will be rejected. Between 15-20% may require revision. Below 15% is generally acceptable.

    Authorship Criteria

    Substantial Contribution

    Final Approval

    All authors must approve the final version to be published and agree to be accountable for all aspects of the work.

    Author Order Guidelines

    1

    First Author

    The primary contributor who conducted most of the research and wrote the manuscript.

    Corresponding Author

    Handles manuscript correspondence and is responsible for communication with the journal.

    Co-Authors

    Contributors who provided significant intellectual or technical input to the research.

    Acknowledgments

    Individuals who contributed but don't meet full authorship criteria should be acknowledged.

    Peer Review Ethics

    Reviewer Responsibilities

    Timeliness

    Reviewers must complete reviews within the specified timeframe or decline promptly if unable to review.

    Confidentiality

    Reviewers must treat manuscripts as confidential documents and not share or use unpublished information.

    Objectivity

    Reviews should be conducted objectively, with constructive criticism and no personal bias.

    Conflict of Interest

    Reviewers must declare any conflicts of interest and decline to review manuscripts where such conflicts exist.
